| A: CalliPay has contracts with billers and merchants to present bills and process payments for those entities. | |

| A: No. Both our Web site and automated Pay by Phone service are available 24 hours, 7 days a week. | |

| Q: Who do I contact if I have questions or need help? top | |
| A: Your biller or merchant is the best to contact if you have any questions about use of this service. | |

| Q: How can I confirm my transaction has been completed? top | |
| A: If you are paying via the Internet, you will receive a receipt once your transaction has been authorized. We recommend that you print the receipt for your records. If you are paying by telephone, you will receive a confirmation number once your transaction has been authorized. We recommend that you write down the confirmation number for your records. | |

| Q: What happens to my personal information? top | |
| A: CalliPay only uses the information to process the transaction and report back to the biller, merchant and other parties required to process the transaction, such as financial institutions, credit and debit card companies and processing gateways. CalliPay never sells or uses your information for any other purposes. Contact your biller or merchant for its policies on the use of personal information. | |

| Q: When will my payment be processed? top | |
| A: Credit and debit cards are processed in real-time. This means that the transaction will be authorized immediately after complete the transaction. Check payments are accepted in real-time, however, they may take a few days to clear your account. | |
